I get a call last Thurs ( I think), Mom - somebody tried to steal my car last night. Of course a mama's heart doesn't like to hear things like that. After reporting to police and getting his police report for the insurance, he was informed that his Kia Soul is on the list for high thefts. He was heartbroken because just the day before he had sent off his last payment.
As of yesterday, he got word that insurance would cover the damage (broken window, steering column, etc) but would be delayed because of parts. He was happy that his car was worth more than the damage done and they didn't total it.😂 Meanwhile, he has the old standby, big red, because there are no rental cars available for the price range the insurance company gave him.
Although we have difficulties - God provides in many ways
